Coup in Corealta
Small-time lord in Marovir. Subject of equal parts ridicule and respect. Called "the Lusty Lord".
Jorge DeLaFuego was once the advisor of foreign affairs to Lord Corin Correre of Corealta. But when Lord Corin passed and his son Vican took the seat of Lord, he deposed Lord Jorge after a failed negotiation with Istabarakk. Jorge retained his political acumen, but moved to Marovir, away from the Correres and his disgrace. He is rumored to have fathered many children during his life. There is even a tavern song in Corealta titled: “The Thirty Bastards of the Lusty Lord”. He claimed only one of his children: Don. However, the heir he chose ran away after the death of his mother, leaving Jorge with no inheritable children. He released the story that they had both died in a tragic pontoon accident on the Marais Bayou. He is a bitter and shrewd businessman and still a skilled diplomat. He is well respected, if not loved, by the nobility, though the peasants never tire of jesting at his expense.
